For all deliveries by cargirlsociety Susanne Ellert (hereinafter cargirlsociety) to consumers, these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply.Consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can not be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.
The purchase contract is concluded with cargirlsociety, owner: Susanne Ellert, Heegerstr.48, 42555 Velbert.- The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.
- By clicking the button [Buy/Pay order] you place a binding order of the goods listed on the order page. your purchase contract is concluded if we accept your order by confirmation of the order by e-mail immediately after receipt of your order.
- If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person placing the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity), you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
- If you, as a consumer, exercise your right of withdrawal pursuant to clause 4.1, you shall bear the regular costs of the return.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

To preserve the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification about the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of revocation

You must return or deliver the goods to us immediately and in any case not later than within fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal of this Agreement. The period is respected if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You will bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.
They shall only be liable for a possible loss of value of the goods if that loss of value is due to a handling of them not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

- The prices indicated on the product pages may include other price components. as a small entrepreneur within the meaning of § 19 (1) UStG, no sales tax is charged.
- In addition to the prices indicated, we charge for delivery within Germany 0.90 – 5.49 euros per order. The international shipping costs are 1.10 – 9.89 euros. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
- Delivery takes place within the countries supplied by Deutsche Post and DHL.
- The delivery time is up to 6 days within Germany. Abroad the delivery time can be significantly longer. We indicate any different delivery times on the respective product page.
- Payment is made by pre-cash or PayPal.
- When choosing the payment method, we will name you our bank connection in the order confirmation and deliver the goods upon receipt of payment.
- Until full payment, the goods remain our property.
- The legal guarantee provisions apply.
- For negligent danger, improper use or illegal use (e.g. unauthorized wear of the front drive) we accept no liability.
- The European Commission has created an online dispute resolution platform. The platform serves as an out-of-court dispute resolution platform for contractual obligations arising from online purchasing contracts. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration body.
